How does the free trial work?

A free trial gets you the Enterprise plan with all the features for 14 days.

Do we need your card information for this? Not at all. This is just a trial for you to try Slidebeast while saving a huge amount of time.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After your trial ends, you will be on hold to decide if you want to upgrade or switch to the Free Plan.

What modes of payment do you accept?

We accept the modes of payments below;

  • Mastercard

  • Visa

  • Maestro

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Diners Club

  • JCB

  • UnionPay

  • Mada

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay*

*The Apple Pay option will only appear at checkout for one-time payments who are using the Safari browser with Apple Pay set up on the device.


How does your refund policy work?

The service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, based on your choice, and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial days of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for days unused with an open account.

We understand that there might be exceptions about refunds, that's why you can contact us with the reason for your refund for further information. If your refund request is approved;

  • PayPal refunds typically re-appear in the account within 48 hours of requesting the refund.

  • Refunds via credit card typically take 3-5 working days to credit back into your account.

However, if you want to cancel your monthly or annually billed plan, your cancellation will be effective in the next billing cycle. You will still be able to reach your plan's features in your current subscription period.


What if I want to subscribe to a plan, a few days after my trial ends?

You will have reminder e-mails 3 days and a day before your trial ends. You can always subscribe to a plan during that period. If you have chosen a plan before the end of your free trial, then your free trial period will be stopped and automatically continued with the subscription plan purchased.

If you haven’t chosen a plan before your free trial ends, then your account will be on hold until you decide to upgrade or switch to the free plan.

Choosing a plan after your trial ends is very important especially for multi-user accounts because the free plan only includes 1 user, which is your account.


Can I pay monthly and/or change my plan anytime?

The billing is monthly or annual. There is a 20% discount on annual payments. You can always upgrade your plan. You can downgrade your plan to reflect in the next billing cycle. If you have any questions related to pricing, chat with us or contact [email protected].
