You can simply change your password from Profile in the drop-down menu, switching the "Change Password' button on.

Enter your current and new password and click Save Password.

You can also change your e-mail address from the same menu, after entering your new e-mail, a verification e-mail will be sent to your new address. Once the verification is done, you can see the update in the Profile section.
